Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST are usually processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays.
Sales tax will be applied depending on the delivery state.
Shipping cost does not include any customs, duties or other import fees

3. Order Processing
All orders are processed from our USA warehouse located in 2750 Gilmore Lane, Oroville, 95966 CA, California USA.
Processing time includes order verification, quality check, packaging, and handoff to the carrier.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your shipment using the carrier’s website (FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT).
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- Certain oversized or hazardous parts may have shipping restrictions. Customers will be notified if restrictions apply.
6. Delivery Time Disclaimer
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
LGPparts.com is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has left our warehouse.
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible products within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for an exchange, items must be:
- Unused or lightly used
- Returned in their original packaging
- In resellable condition
Customers must contact us before returning any item to request an exchange. Exchange requests are subject to product availability and compatibility.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs related to exchanges, unless the exchange is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item).
If the requested replacement item is not available, we may offer a refund or an alternative solution. All exchange requests are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis.
