What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. We do not accept personal checks or money orders.
How much does shipping cost?
For customers in the United States: All orders using our standard shipping method receive free shipping. Expedited shipping methods incur a flat fee of $15 per order.
For customers in Australia: All orders using our standard shipping method receive free shipping. Expedited shipping methods incur a flat fee of $30 per order.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use FedEx, the United States Postal Service (USPS), and Fulfillment by Amazon for shipments within the United States. All international shipments are shipped using FedEx and the United States Postal Service (USPS). If you have a PO Box, please contact us to ensure we use the correct shipping method.
When do you ship?
If you complete your purchase before 2:00 PM Los Angeles time, orders placed after 2:00 PM will begin shipping the next business day. For customers in the US, we process orders within 1-2 business days. For customers in Australia, our processing time is 2-4 business days.
Note: Custom items may take longer to ship. If you purchase multiple items, we will combine shipments to save on shipping costs.
