30-Day Return Policy
If the order you received is not what you wanted, you can return it within 30 days for a refund. We know that people sometimes order a part and then find out it is not what they need for their repair. We understand and want to work with you. Just make sure the item is in the original packaging and in good condition with no damage.When a returned product is sent back to us, we inspect it to make sure it is in "like new" condition and has no damage such as dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement, or signs of screws/fasteners or seals being removed. Return processing may take up to 3 business days from the date LGPparts receives your product.

30-Day Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange an item, you can also do so within 30 days. The reason for the exchange does not matter. If any of these situations occur, we want to exchange your order to resolve the issue.You ordered the wrong item
You did not receive the item you ordered
The package was damaged in transit
Except for items that were damaged in transit, the replacement item should be new and in good condition. To return an item, simply click here to start the process.
1 Year Warranty
We believe our products will work perfectly once installed on your vehicle. But in the rare event that we do, we will replace it at any time within one year of your order. If you have a problem, we will do everything we can to help you.Contact us for a replacement:

Items Not Eligible for Refunds
Items that are not eligible for a refund include items that show evidence of damage or use, and items for which a refund request was made more than 30 days after purchase. If you return a product that does not meet the requirements described in this document, we will:Take photos of the item and packaging and prepare a detailed summary of why we are rejecting the return
Provide documentation proving that the item was purchased more than 30 days before the refund request was made.

If we decide to accept an item that is not eligible for return, a 10% administration fee will be charged. Return processing may take up to 5 business days from the date LGPparts receives your product.
