1. Return Policy – USA
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused or only slightly used, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items:
- Customized or special-order parts
- Electrical components that have been installed or used
- Items damaged due to misuse or accidents
- Gift cards
2. Return Process

- Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the item back to the provided address with the RMA number clearly marked. Returns without RMA numbers may not be accepted.
3. Refund Policy – USA
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting returned items.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or defective product.
4. Exchanges
Defective or incorrect items can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please contact customer service for instructions before shipping the exchange.
